I first saw Twinkling Tree advertised on Facebook but went directly to their very professional website, twinklingtree.com to order a pair of Fairy Light Olive Vines. The total order was around $100.00. It took forever to arrive, and when it did, I actually laughed out loud upon opening the box. This is cheap, dollar-store quality junk that they are charging a lot for. It looked nothing like what was pictured on their website. Though the Facebook ad said something about "American made products," when I visited the website to initiate a return, I was told I could only return the product to Australia--at MY expense. They offered me a 50% refund to keep it. This appears to be a blanket, automatic offer anytime someone complains. I reached out to customer service via email to state that the return options were unacceptable. I was told I should have have read the fine print on the return policy and that they were "very sorry" I was unhappy with the quality of the product. I will file a credit card dispute to see if that gets me anywhere.
