I placed an order on March 4, 2026, from winsorandco.com, which claims to be based in Sarasota, Florida. I never received an order confirmation or shipping confirmation. After following up, the company provided a tracking number that does not work with any major carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL). They have refused to provide a valid tracking link, identify the carrier, or confirm where the item is shipping from. The company has given inconsistent and misleading responses, including claiming I used a different email address without proof. They continue to say the order is “in transit” but cannot provide verifiable details. Additionally, the website advertises a “one-day sale” that has remained active well beyond one day, which appears deceptive. Based on my experience, I am concerned this may be a fraudulent or deceptive online business.
