Purchased kitchen utensils from Woodlystore.ca. It took several weeks longer to receive the order than what they promised. I reached out several times via email as the "track your order" link never worked. When the package finally came, it was damp and packed very unprofessionally. One of the utensils was broken. I took a photo and sent email immediately to request info for exchange/return of the order but never received any reply. The order I received was not the material as per the item description on the website. It smelled really bad, not like wood. I washed it in a look warm water and there was color residue in the water and the utensils immediately changed color and varnish came of the utensils. This product was supposed to be safe, non-toxic, durable with no harmful chemicals (such as color, varnish...). It was supposed to be made of Teak wood, which is heavy solid wood. Instead, the utensils are made from very light weight fragile wood and are definitely painted and varnished. I also purchased 3 cutting boards made of Acacia wood. Small, medium, large, advertised weight S 0.6 kg, M 0.9 kg and L 1.1 kg. The actual weight is S 0.479kg , M 1 kg, L 0.894 kg. Clearly that shows that the cutting board size S and L are not from the same wood as size M, and the size M is also a different finish and style than sizes S and L. My wife saw an article on facebook for teak kitchen ware. I went online to woodlystore.ca. we were emailed that it would be5 to 9 days for delivery.we later got an email stating that due to some issues it would be delayed but gave a date with again a 5 to 9 day delivery. We were then sent an email asking how we liked our order, then we sent a reply that we had not received said order. We have heard nothing since.
