I ordered an eight pack of long sweater from an add on TikTok (I have seen them on Facebook, as well.) I clicked on shop now and ordered from the worthmovers.com website. They showed me a tracking from a Chinese tracking website. The site showed my item was delivered; however, I did not receive my package. I emailed them to let them know that I did not receive and they immediately offered a 30% discount. I advised them that this is not acceptable. The worst thing is a dealt with another company about a year ago that I saw on Facebook. They used the same fake Chinese tracking website that showed my package has been delivered and then started gas lighting me with they can give me a 30% refund. So, this company has gotten twice. I will not order off of Facebook or Tiktok again.
