Legal advice/help needed. I went to their home, picked out a dog and took him home. >The breeder was really empathetic when the dog got sick shortly after taking him home. She offered to cover the medical bill but requested that I brought the dog to her animal hospital. >A year later now, and my dog has several medical problems. I have no issue paying myself for his veterinary visits, but I wanted to check in on the breeder and ask her advice. >I'm now trying to contact her and she keeps changing her phone number and website. I've even found complaints online regarding this breeder from other people bought dogs from her. One might even be from the same litter. I suspect the animal hospital and the breeder are running a shady operation together.
