I followed the instructions on their website to request a return. https://www.iktops.com/pages/cancellation-return-refund-policy. I sent the email on December 23, 2025, requesting a refund. As of today, I've yet to receive a reply from the company. I have filed a credit card dispute with the card I used to purchase the items.
