I bought 4 of the magic crystal ball ornaments from this website www.loyaltyous.com for $200.84 on 10/23/25. I found this website on Facebook in one of its ads. I never received a tracking number after a couple weeks and emailed them and they responded with some general reply stating they will bring it up to the shipping company. I waited over a week without any tracking number for my shipment and responded asking for one and they didn’t give me one. They just said they would notify the shipping company.
