There was a Visa International service fee linked to the charge. My account on their website shows the shed is "waiting fulfillment." The charge appeared on my account under the name “NEXT-PR BURELA LU,” which does not match the advertised business. Since the transaction: I have not received the product. The company’s phone number is disconnected. Emails to customer support have gone unanswered. This appears to be merchant misrepresentation and nondelivery of goods. I have documentation of the order confirmation, the transaction details, and my attempts to contact the company. Desired Outcome: Full refund of $672.99.
