On January 18, 2026 I ordered a Western style hat as a gift for a friend from an online company called Xmatty.com. I paid $104.48 for the hats (the order was for two different sizes of the same hat). The order was delivered to my friend on February 6, 2026. The hats were in a very SMALL box...scrunched together with literally no shape to them and they were absolutely nothing as pictured in the online ad. I sent a text message back to the address given for a return and refund. The company sent back an email saying that I could ship the hats back to an Asian warehouse at my own cost somewhere in China. I agreed and requested a return address and a full refund. I saw that the email was sent from [email protected] . I also noted that there was a return address on the shipping box for Jerry Yasfbara, amoCharles Smith Avenue, Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The shipping address sent back to me in the email was illegible. I have heard nothing further and will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. THIS IS CLEARLY A SCAM AND THE FCC AND BBB NEEDS TO STOP IT .... THIS PERSON IS MAKING A LOT OF MONEY OFF THIS SCAM AND IS ADVERTISING ON THE INTERNET!!!! .css-1w6dufj{-webkit-box-flex:0;-webkit-flex-grow:0;-ms-flex-positive:0;flex-grow:0;-webk [BBB Scam Type: Counterfeit Product] [Business: Xmatty.com] [Location: SC, USA- 29906]
