During February 2026, XShield.com charged my credit card five separate times for $149.99 each. I had never heard of this company before. When I called them, they were unable to locate any account under my name, phone number, email address, or my business name. I submitted disputes to my bank, and the bank blocked any further charges from XShield. I later called XShield a second time requesting any information they could provide, but again, they found no record of me. I attempted to email them at [email protected] and [email protected] , as listed on their website, but both messages were rejected with MX record errors.
