[US] National Strategy Solutions Debt Scam? www.nationalstrategysolutions.com There's this lawyer who's been calling my mom and I because she set up a payment plan to settle an old debt and stopped paying. He was saying that unless she paid on the day he called, things were going to have to be dealt with in court. He had a lot of information, albeit plenty of it was outdated like my mom's workplace and home address. I paid off the $70 directly for the timebeing to prevent anything bad from happening. He was some American guy who travels between Florida, Texas, and California to different offices for his job. He couldn't provide me with any addresses outside of the main office in Cali. When I asked him for some sort of proof that this isn't a scam and that he's legitimate, he could only give me the website for the firm/company. This is all paired with voicemails from a package delivery service that has been trying to send my mom legal documents due to her late payment. The supposed debt is from Action Credit and my main concerns are that this is either a scam or it's a zombie debt that we may have accidentally reinstated.
