Cadence Bank Mortgage Waiver ScamMortgage impersonation fraud

I received official-looking documents in the mail claiming to be a final notice from a company affiliated with Cadence Bank, directing me to call 888-803-2351 within seven days. The scammers pretended to represent Cadence Bank and claimed I had an "Allocated Waiver" that would be revoked unless I took immediate action, creating false urgency around my mortgage. The documents looked like checks but clearly stated "THIS IS NOT A CHECK," and when I researched the phone numbers 888-803-2351 and 850-507-8452, I discovered they were connected to fraudulent operations impersonating legitimate financial institutions.

Sent via USPS, the document is a FINAL NOTICE to attempt contact with recipient, to call 1-888-803-2351. It looks like a check, but states THIS IS NOT A CHECK. It designates "Allocated Waiver" of $199.00. The recipient info has the name and property address of recipient. The lender info says lender is Cadence Bank, but states "Not affiliated with Cadence Bank. [BBB Scam Type: Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill] [Business: Cadence Bank] [Location: AL, USA - 35475]
