CHERRY TECHNOLOGIES INC.

I am filing this complaint to report what I believe to be a scam involving a service provider and Cherry Technologies. I financed three microneedling sessions through Cherry after initially finding the provider through social media. The financed sessions were never rendered. After my first appointment, I experienced skin damage and immediately canceled the remaining services. All related products were returned, and no additional services under the financed agreement were performed. The provider confirmed in writing that I would receive a refund but never issued one. I filed a dispute with Cherry Technologies and submitted complete documentation, including written confirmation of the promised refund and proof that the financed sessions were not completed. Despite this, Cherry claimed there was insufficient evidence and denied my dispute. After I provided additional proof showing that the financed appointments were never completed, the provider submitted documentation referencing a separate initial appointment as proof of service. That appointment had already been paid for independently and was not part of the financed microneedling package. The provider presented this unrelated, previously paid service as evidence that services were rendered under the financed agreement, which is false. This documentation had nothing to do with the disputed amount. Cherry accepted this misleading submission without properly verifying that it was unrelated to the financed sessions in question. Cherry Technologies failed to conduct a fair and thorough investigation and instead relied on inaccurate and irrelevant documentation. As a result, they are attempting to hold me financially responsible for services that were canceled, never performed, and fully returned.
