The mail seems to come from Point Digital Finance Inc., whom I did do business with. They say they have been trying to contact me about my "home warranty," and warn that if I don't call by March 31st I could experience a "lapse in coverage." At the bottom in fine print is FENIX PROTECT and it says that it is "not affiliated with your current mortgage holder." It also states "Home Warranty Administered by Warranty Global Group."
