Visited a site on Facebook after viewing a 2022 GMC Sierra 2500 Denali Diesel Truck for sale by Premier Auto Sales in Visalia, CA..I am 69 years old and retired. I emailed and talked to Sales Manager Chris Romonov. I also red reviews and googled earth to see the business was legit--or thought so! After much back and forth--they sent me CarFax---Copies of Title--Copies of their Sales Agreement showing After Sales Warranty, and more pictures; Chris Romonov sold me the truck with shipping by them to my home in Dothan, Alabama. I wired the amount of $45,631.00 to their CHASE Bank in California. They and driver contacted me the day of Dec,2, 2025 and told me the truck was being loaded with another vehicle and i would be second for delivery. The driver kept in touch with me for a few days--kept promising i would get delivery next day--delayed because of an inspection. Then, he stopped answering his texts/phone calls. I finally talked to Premier and was told that driver got into an accident. i requested my money back and Chris said I would get it. After not getting it--talked to him again and he said he , personally would get my money wired back. Got Nothing. They stopped answering phone --emails and texts. My lawyer sent them a letter. I filed a detailed report with Alabama Attorney General and FBI. Remember--These people have a legit website showing pictures of business and inventory!!!! They have it on Google Search too.
