Letter advising "Final Notice" regarding a loan secured by Weichert Financial Services. I have no loan with them and my house is paid off. From other peoples comments, I believe this is an attempt to get you to call so they can pitch home warranty coverage. No real information in the letter than the phone number and a reference number. Attached to the letter is a bogus looking "Allocated Waiver" for $199 that is made out to me and for me to sign {?}. [BBB Scam Type: Phishing] [Business: Unknown] [Location: NJ, USA- 07016]
