I received a voicemail for an order I didn’t place. The number I called back connected me with someone who identified themselves as Jeason (AMZ9386) who originally called from 929-842-5786. He provided a Seattle. WA address and stated my name had been associated with Apple purchases made on 2/26/26 and 3/12/26 from bank accounts and prime business and personal accounts in my name. He proceeded to confirm this was a criminal offense and I would be connected to their fraud dept for follow up with SS office. When I stated I would be contacting the police, they wanted to ensure I spoke with the fraud dept first. They were unable to provide name of the business or numbers linked with accounts. When I asked about upcoming delivery, prior to being transferred, I requested more detail. The next dept tried confirming the card information used but did not receive the info on purchase info, so “Officer Michael Lee” provided a call back number 202-307-9100, and stated “we will take care of it”. When I pushed for more info, he hung up. A total of four addresses were provided to me during this call. They claimed the purchases were authorized by text.
