To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a fraudulent scheme involving individuals claiming to represent Total Quality Logistics (TQL) and Depot Freight LLC. On February 2, 2026, at approximately 2:43 P.M., I was contacted by an individual identifying himself as Brian Smith from 513-831-2600. He used the email addresses [email protected] and totalqualitylogisitcs.com. He offered a dedicated lane and instructed me to provide a voided check, copies of my driver's license, and photos of my truck. He also required a $1,500 "one-time commission" payment, which I sent. I was then directed to Scott Collins ( [email protected] , 210-239-7940) at a company identified as Depot Freight LLC, located at 17075 E Ithaca Cir, Aurora, CO 80013. Further onboarding correspondence was sent from [email protected] . Both Brian and Scott requested an additional $2,000 security deposit because my MC number is less than six months old. After paying a total of $3,500, I received an email claiming my payment was flagged and not received. They stated that this constituted a breach of contract and that I would forfeit all funds unless I paid an additional $2,000.
