On December 5, 2025, I paid Heron’s Premium Services $420.00 by debit for monthly snow removal at my property on Monarch Drive in Orillia, Ontario. The signed contract with the owner, Christopher Heron, stated that the driveway, steps, and walkways would be cleared after each snowfall. However, as of Feb 2026, no services have been provided despite multiple snowfalls.
