A relative I have not spoken to in decades, and another member of my family got the same message from Brian Baker in the legal department stating I need to contact them ASAP. Both had the same name but different phone numbers. 601-419-2515 and 228-295-0448. When I called these numbers they told me I took a pay day loan out from EZ corp Ez money for $1000.00 Dec 7th 2012 and now owed $2878.99. They attempted to get me to pay him today and threatened to garnish my wages. I told him they have no legal right to garnish anything. He said ok since you are refusing to pay for this debt you will need to get a lawyer because we are sending you legal paperwork for a court date. I have never had a pay day loan. I have googled EZ corp EZ money with no success in finding contact info.
