Was called by ADT scammer said adt was no longer able to work in lucas county and tgat i needed to tranfer home security to VIVINT. Which i did. Upon further investigation I realized this was a scam. Contacts were. With "adt" was Jason walter at 240 397 2893 and tge with vivint zack at 1 800 216 5232. I set up an appt for 12/8 but a day later 12/6 i contact ADT to discover it was a scam. I called vivint kim and told her the story. She’s alerting the upper mgmt re this. States the install is cancelled as well as refunding my $$ within 3 to 5 days. I also alerted my bank.
