Made 2 orders on the scammer website: discovrmor250804122416437 and discovrmor250804132958372 on 8/4/2025. Tracker website indicated orders delivered, but they were not received. I contacted the customer service on 9/1/2025 that proposed to resend the orders with priority delivery. Second attempt also not received. Contacted customer service again on 10/16/2025. 70% refund accepted on 10/22/2025, not received either. Contacted customer service on 12/1/2025 about not receiving the refund, customer service informed that would reapply for a refund, also not received by 1/4/2026.
