I have two orders with a company called:Sherpa Cozy. I believe is a company in China. It has been 60 days. One order has no tracking info the other has a tracking number but no movement in 38 days. I would like to stop both orders and get my money back. I have emailed their support address twice and still no response. If I try to go to their website I get an automatic error. Order#2374 ordered 10/25/25 $42.99 (no tax charged)- no shipping info Order#2743 ordered 11/07/25 $46.00 (with tax)- shipping tracking YT2532501001886837, says in transit for 38 days.
