This individual exploited the reputation and credibility of his father from Vietnam to gain the trust of the victims. He then went on to establish a fraud company, claiming it would sponsor foreign workers for opportunities to obtain U.S. green cards under EB3 unskilled program. The deception was evident in his failure to file taxes for employees, forcing them to work outside the terms of their contracts under threat of withheld wages, neglecting to follow the proper contractual procedures, and continuing to defraud many additional victims of their money. In addition, this individual persuaded and encouraged workers, who being promised for sponsoring green card- he told them to remain in the country illegally. He is currently being sought by the Vietnamese's law enforcement authorities.
