I saw a sweater on Facebook from what appeared to be a reputable company. The company advertised a 30 day money back guarantee. I placed the order and waited a while for it to arrive. It arrived in the wrong color, too small to fit me, and showed sloppy workmanship. I requested a return but was asked for pictures, which I sent. Then thay wanted more pictures and more information over and over again. I finally demanded a refund but was told that I would be charged $50 to ship it to China. Then they offered me a 10% refund of my purchase price.
