Therefore, I must formally request an immediate resolution in the form of a full refund for this order. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue by filing formal complaints with the relevant authorities and organizations, including consumer protection and fraud reporting agencies. I will also initiate a chargeback through my bank, as this situation constitutes misleading advertising and the sale of a product that is significantly different from what was advertised.
