I ordered from their online shop. I just got an email saying item delivered but if i dont have it then due to circumstances beyond their control its in transit. Tracking number vaguely states items 1 mile from destination. I asked for a real tracking number but received no reply. Since the policy states no refund if in transit they stral money by using bogus tracking numbers and refusing to refund as items in transit.
