I reached out on Facebook regarding Scottish Terrier for sale. She advised she needed $300. deposit and sent me a contract. Contract states once contract signed full bill due. I paid, On day I was supposed to pick up dog at her home she messages me stating her daughter was in hospital and she was sending to delivery service. Received email with tracking info from International Cargo Shippers. REF# IFD0398763-2539. I was told refundable balance of $550.00 was expected to be paid by me?? I notified breeder Jessica and she states she has used them 4-5 times for other dogs.. i COULDN'T PAY Saturday SO i WAS TOLD i OWED $1085.00 FOR DOG CARE ....I have asked for my money back from JESSICA, but she quit responding. I know I am out of this money but HAVE TO TRY TO HELP OTHERS. . They called me yesterday from 430-265-8223. He was Mexican. He advised me if I didn't pay, I would be fined $25,000. 00 from Animal shelter. How can I find if this is actual address? IF you have questions I can be reached at 304-380-4418.
