I purchased bras through Curvevera, which i saw the ad for on Facebook. It look legit in the beginning. Once I placed my order and received the tracking info I then saw that it was coming from China. Then it took 7 weeks for the package to arrive, I reached out to their support email but received little information other then it had arrived in Canada. The bras themselves aren't the worst quality that I've ever seen but the sizing is way way off. I sized up because that was what was recommended and they still weren't anywhere close to fitting. So I reached out again t o their support email, [email protected] , I simply wanted to return them for a refund. I was then told that I had to send them back at my own expense, which is normal, but I was not expecting to have to send them back to China! This is what they told me "Dear customer, we are sorry that our product did not meet your expectations, but we have paid for the product and you have also received the product, so we cannot refund the full amount. After negotiation, option 1: We are willing to pay you $20 in compensation. Option 2: If you really want a full refund, you need to return the product to us, and the postage will be borne by you.
