Community Reports

On 2/25/2026 I received a call from a local phone number 313-326-5296, a man answered frantic yelling that he has been attempting to contact me to serve me papers and that my file hit his desk this morning. I asked him additional questions and the man stated that he's not going to go back and forth with me and said he has a number to provide me for details. I told the alleged rep that I will not take disrespect and he hung up on me. Soon after my father was contacted by an 844 number (same man or different man) was calling urgently to speak to me because "he knows I live with my father". After not providing any information the man told my father to have me return the call for details. I called the phone number supplied by the man and spoke to a lady who only answered the phone hello, she then stated that she cannot provide any information as they are a Process Serving Company, I asked for the company's mailing address she could not provide it, I asked for a website for the business she could not provide it, I also asked for a business email address for correspondence and was not provided one. The rep tried to "look up" my "claim" and asked for my full SSN and date of birth. I hung up and instructed my father to not accept any additional calls. .css-1w6dufj{-webkit-box-flex:0;-webkit-flex-grow:0;-ms-flex-positive:0; [BBB Scam Type: Phishing] [Business: DID NOT PROVIDE] [Location: MI, USA- 48229]
