The "agent" Andrea Thorson was helping me find a rental in Renovo PA at this address 724 Huron Ave Renovo PA 17764 and when I googled the address a vacant lot appeared at first. She then told me to click something else and a house appeared. I noticed the website has another email she wanted me to use as [email protected] and their phone number is (012)345 6789, among other numbers. She sent me a form to fill out with personal information, including SSN, no bank information was given. Once I was approved, she sent me the lease to sign and told me to send the $1,860 directly to the house owner with their bank information via Zelle, Venmo, PAYPAL etc and a copy of proof of the wire transfer to the landlord's assistant email as well and to the booking manager and to their website. I looked at Andrea's so called properties she is selling, copied the address and googled it and shows up as not for sale. When you go to their website, you really can't click on their names to get more info. Her phone number is 318-463-6062. I asked her to clarify questions I had and only responded to one of them. Lots of inconsistencies. I am a travel lab tech and posted on a facebook group who caters to professional health travelers seeking furnished rentals. Thats where she contacted me.
