" **Me:** "Hi Paul, Thank you for reaching out! The room sounds perfect. I'm super easy, courteous, and usually always working at my desk. Could you tell me how much you are asking a month and would you require a deposit? Thank you for your time and look forward to hearing back! Kind Regards," **Paul:** (Here is where my bullshit detector went off) "Thanks for the enquiry regarding of 1bed, 1.0bath, L600sqft, it's well furnished, the rent is $495 and the security deposit fee is $180 which is refundable just for security purposes and I also acquired deposit, I have the pictures of the room and I can also send you the address for you to drive-by the neighborhood to see how fantastic the building and environment his, I will like to hear back from you soon if you really interesting in renting from me thanks.
