In January 2026, I purchased cookware (“ollas”) from a vendor who represented himself as a distributor for Royal Prestige. I paid a total of $1,650 in cash for the order. The vendor’s name is Edwin Torres Mesa, and the contact number provided was 331-275-9410. He identified himself as a distributor with number 87209, and the order number given to me was 151177036. The vendor assured me that my order would be delivered; however, I never received the products. Since the purchase, I have made multiple attempts to contact him, but he has stopped responding to my calls and messages. I have screenshots of our conversations that document the agreement, payment, and my repeated attempts to follow up. I also contacted Royal Prestige customer service to report this issue, but no resolution has been provided so far. Based on the lack of delivery and the complete loss of communication, I believe I may have been the victim of fraud. I am requesting assistance in investigating this matter and helping prevent this individual from potentially defrauding others.
