I received this message not long after applying for a job on ziprecruiter: “ Hi *name*, we have received your application through Zip Recruiter. We would like to invite you to interview for Customer Service position at our office on MON. FEB 2 at 8AM. Please reply back to schedule an interview. Victoria,HR,346-547-8529.” I tried to call the number and after a few rings, it went to voicemail to different woman. I left a message and did not receive a call back. However, I did receive another text next day: “ Hi *name* , we have not yet received a response regarding the next steps for the position. Could you please confirm if you are still interested in the role so we can proceed with scheduling your interview for MON. FEB 2 at 8AM Victoria, HR, 346-547-8529 (Reply STOP to Opt-Out).” I tried to call the number again, and same thing. Then replied “Yes” to the text and received this in reply: “ Great! I'll send details over shortly!” “ Hi *name*! Your interview is set for Monday Feb 02 8:00 AM at 13003 Justice Ave Baton Rouge, LA 70816. Victoria, HR, ascendstrategyla.com” “Please ask for Abraham at the front desk. Final selection will be made next week. Attire: Business casual preferred”.
