I put an ad on RV Trader. Jessica Crowell messaged me directly from the site, and I received her message in my personal inbox. "Hello, we are interested in checking out your RV. If it is still available, please contact me at 346-615-5374 as I rarely check my email. Thanks!!!" My husband called her and left a voicemail. She contacted him via text, asking which trailer it was because she had looked at so many: "Yes, I remember, thank you for getting back to me! I was helping my sister and brother-in-law find one for their family. They reached back out this morning and told me they put a deposit down on one closer to home. My husband and I had a Micro Lite, but we recently sold it because we decided to go full-timing so we got a motorhome. He thanked her for the information then we put an ad on TrailerViewer.com too. We paid $125, created the ad and it seemed totally legit. Said our ad would go live in 24 hours then we would receive an email when it was posted, which we did from "hello" (suspect). Well, it seemed like the ad was posted, but we wanted to see how we'd receive messages from interested buyers, and we received no notifications. That's when we got really suspicious then when we conducted an internet search about TrailerViewer.com, we saw others had posted that it was a scam.
