I purchased 2 torque ball by Zendesk from this company in September 16 2025 for 2 starter kits with warranty With order # 65609 then I got a shipping date witha tracking number then I got an email with a thank you for my purchase and a different order # on October 8 2025 a person contacted me that they would contact me within 1 to 2 business days October 27 I got a delivery with one product nothing else the I have emailed the company and called the phone# that that person called from 346 719 4343 so far no reply. I purchased a torqueball from [email protected] . My order was duplicated and I was charged twice. Two (2) items were sent and neither worked. I tried to contact them to no avail. I waited for return labels which never came. The contact number is 1 (346) 719-4343. The address is 5900 Balcones Drive, Austin, TX 78731, USA.. Unfortunately, I discovered that many others had the same experience. Please let me know if this is a scam and what can be done about it. Thank you.
