I purchased 3 cell phone holders through a buy 2 get 1 free offer. However, after I placed the original order the company charged me a second time for another 3 phone holders (Order #10801565 & Order #10801567) without my authorization. The company will only refund my money if I ship the items to: CARMOUNT, Meistri 16-408, 13517 Tallinn, Estonia. Phone: +372 56627205. However, the cost of shipping makes this unacceptable. In their emails to me, they state that the "most popular option" to resolve this is... "To make the process more convenient, I am also offering you an alternative: a 25% refund without the need to return the item. This way, you get to keep the product and avoid the hassle of shipping it back." This seems like a deliberate scam to make people to pay for additional product, that they did not want, and make the return process cost-prohibitive that the consumer is forced to keep the product in the end. I explained to company multiple times that I did not place a second order nor did I have any need for 3 more phone holders. They refused any other options including emailing me a paid shipping label to send that items back.
