I ordered 3 kayaks from Mk Barrz on October 4th, 2025. The total came to 450.00 dollars. I have not received the order. I contacted [email protected] in a reply to their email confirming my order on October 16th: "Just checking in for any update on my order." I did not receive a reply. I contacted the email in a reply to email again on October 21st, 2025: "Can you give me an estimated deliver date?" Again, no reply. I called the phone number I was given (408-389-6979) on November 10th and it went straight to email. I alerted my credit card company on November 10th and they are investigating.
