I got a voicemail from Nancy at American Tax Consultants. They used my phone number without the full area code (63980102) as the case number for the backtaxes I supposedly owe and referred to a notice I never received. They also listed both this phone number 424-414-4547 and said I could also call the number in the caller ID of 561=806=2006. It looks like she was following the same script as others on this site.
