- [ ] I purchase a dog in Face book. I paid the asking price and the owner change the ownership to me. He emailed me the a copy. The dog was located far from San Leandro and I was told they will drop off to the shipping place and gave me the schedule. The dog arrived at the shipping yard on the way to me. I believe in Sacramento to Wiiliam Cochoran phone # 448-203-5089. - [ ] The that’s when it started. I was ask for a crate charge of $500 and a license to have a dog for $1000.00 and was told refundable upon receipt of the dog. They were held up I in the California border in Sacramento. This expenses was not disclosed to me by the owner of the dog. Then once paid another charge come long and this went on and on until it reach a large sum of money. It’s been over a year and still don’t have the dog & refund. They do not honor the verbal agreement so I ask for written one. They complied but when something and gave me one. The delivery was stop again and they did not honor the contract. I think this border patrol people are sub subcontracted by California. I believe once the dog has been release they notify them and that’s when they load up all the charges you can think off. - [ ] A year later I still have no dog. I need you to investigate this business and let me know if it’s legitimate. I know they have many customers but seems it take a long time to complain I’m doing it. Those places needs to be investigated and California border patrol in Sacramento to find out what type of operation they have. They do payment by Cry-to currency so I it cannot be trace. They don’t give you a lot of information to avoid any reporting incidence. They are still holding my dog and refund. Please see and let me know the outcome of your investigation. Thank you.
