First, I explained all this a few weeks ago and wondering why I'm repeating myself? So was on Face Book and came upon that was on there selling a 250th Anniversary tattered Levi hat. I ordered the hat 02/01/26 and it's now the 18th of March? I have gotten packages from Europe, Middle East, and China in 5 days! I have contacted the company 15 times, and all I get is a AI responses saying package is in transit? So I keep getting updates saying the package is in transit, why apparently it has been sitting in Boston since the 1st of March? The last time I reported this a couple of weeks ago, I forgot to include the order and tracking number, so here is the info: Order#30918M17Q496, Tracking#14752902995078878644. Once again the site is called endurancte.com and just FYI I found the same hat for $12, so I believe in company making a profit, but not screwing the customer! I hope this time we can move forward and not get another email asking me to provide the same information I provided just a week or so ago.
