Was contacted by phone by number 502-559-5511. When I answered a recording asking my son (8y.o.) to contact the Norton Healthcare Business Office at 502-515-5312 at his earliest convenience. I did not call the number. I looked up the actual number for the Norton Healthcare Business Office and it is completely different.
