Their senior case specialist Bianca Cruz has replied to my request on 3/24/26 with a 25% refund. Than on 4/2/26 offered a 30% which I've respectfully declined. The phone number generates some nonsense response and hangs up. 507-448-8190 Trying to return it when I realized this is bogus. Product is Memopezil.
