I was called at 7:03 AM Tuesday 09 December, 2025 about what I think was an auto accident attorney business. My phone said the call was from (509) 532-6555, and location as Spokane, WA. The only word I could understand was auto (I think) because the accent was so thick I could not understand what was being said. However I know it was an Indian (Asian, not Native American) accent. My suspicion is the people calling are from India. When I was called I had to pull over and stop as I was driving. I asked the person "what are you talking about?" I could not understand anything he said. Except possibly auto. The call occurred at 7:03 AM which is prohibited because solicitors, businesses and others are prohibited from calling between the hours of 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM; which makes me think they are in India and/or are a scam. A 2nd (second) call was received at 9:02 AM the same day from another male with a heavy Indian Accent with the exact same pitch line/script. Again, I could only understand auto. The phone number was (509) 545-1553, and supposedly from Pasco, WA. This caller I began yelling at for calling me back and as I said it was a scam I understood the person saying "we specialize in" but could not understand anything else, probably because i was screaming at him for calling me back. But he continued for a duration of a 51 seconds call before he hung up. I was so angry I continued yelling at him until (as stated above) he eventually hung up. I think he was saying they specialize in auto accidents. Which makes no sense as I have not been in an auto accident for more than 20 years. If it was about auto loans it makes no sense because I own both of my Automobiles outright and have the Titles to both. I blocked both numbers. Despite not being able to understand exactly what they were saying, it was clear it was initially the same script.
