I receieved a voicemail claiming this was the FINAL attempt (though it is the 1st attempt and there is no record of a missed call from them) to assist me in resolving a matter before an "order is made against my assets". They had my first and last name and they knew the county i reside in. One other note, the number they told me to call them back at differed 1 digit from the number left in the message.
