On February 2, 2026 at 4:34 PM we received a call from a Mary Jorgensen on caller ID from a number 534–356–4358. I do not recall ever answering the phone but a bill of $7 and some odd cents showed up on my phone bill with Spectrum. I contacted Spectrum to find out what the charges were for and they claimed it was for an international phone call. I ordered the call log and found the number listed above. Spectrum reversed the charges for that call because I did not make that call and do not remember answering that call. Spectrum advised that this was likely a cloned number from an international source that was scamming people for money. They advised me to report it to the FCC which I did. We continue to get calls from this number listed on caller ID as a Mary Jorgensen. Obviously we are not answering those calls. I tried to block the call on Spectrum‘s app, but they will not allow me to block that call. Every time I put the scammers number 534-356-4358, into their call block list Spectrums app says “please correct error” but there is no error and it won’t save it as a blocked number. I would like to have that caller blocked and reported as a scammer. .css-1w6dufj{-webkit-box-flex:0;-webkit-flex-grow:0;-ms-flex-positive:0;flex-grow:0;-webkit-flex-basis:auto;-ms-flex-preferred-size:auto;flex-basis:auto;width:calc(100% * 12 / var(--Grid-parent-columns) - ( [BBB Scam Type: Phishing] [Business: Mary Jorgensen] [Location: WI, USA- 54481]
