I ordered a wig from EverGlow Hair company placing my order on March 14, 2025 for $129.83 and given order no#7717846. To date, I have not received the wig I purchased, nor have I received any response to the last three emails I sent requesting a refund or an update. According to the tracking information (No. 9405511899561642373958), the package was processed for return the day after shipment, and no delivery attempt was made. Shipping records clearly indicate that the wig was immediately returned to your facility in Michigan, the day after its expected delivery. It has now been over seven months since the original order date, and I have yet to receive a full refund. During this period, I have submitted a complaint form to Shopify on three separate occasions and have attempted to contact both EverGlow and Shopify without receiving a satisfactory resolution or communication regarding this matter. I have documented instances where your website and/or live chat feature was inaccessible, which is included in the attached screenshots. Given the substantial delay, the repeated lack of communication, and the seven-month retention of my funds, a simple refund is no longer an adequate resolution.
