On Jan.31.2026, my account was charged $310.18 from CARTPANDA LIPOWAVEE, for bottles of LipoWave, weight loss drops used under the tongue. On Feb.15.2026, I received 6 bottles of Lipo Wave. Two weeks later, no results. One of their coaches called me from 564-213-3213 and tried to convince me to purchase $900.00 worth of their "Detox" products and afterwards, I could eat anything and still loose weight. I told him I would give it another two weeks to see if I would loose some weight, but still, no weight loss, so I contacted him again. He gave me the number of customer service, 888-939-5830. Each time I called, they claimed that they did not have my email address and couldn't verify my account with any other information. I asked if they would please hold so I could call the coach and merge the call, so they could ask him about my account, since he had it. But, they would hang up immediately afterwards. As such, I never resolved the money back guarantee issue. This happened 5 times. After many calls, a recording said to call customer service direct @ 833-851-5180. When I called, that recording said to leave my name and number. Today, after many phone calls to no avail, I had no choice but to file a fraudulent charge to my bank account. I know it's too late now, but I searched the company and they had other complaints with the same issue as mine. But, they did not get their money back because the company claimed that they only refund within 30 days, although their website states 60 days. This is a warning to everyone receiving social media from this company. BEWARE! THIS IS DEFINATELY A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. STAY AWAY FROM ANY MERCHANT NAMED CARTPANDA, LIPOWAVEE, OR ANYTHING SIMILAR.
