They advertise on TikTok as a company owned by a little old American lady that's going out of business. However, neither is true. Their own site and public info indicates that it is owned by Hong Kong investors (Strategic ME Marketing Ltd, FLAT 08A, 19/F, CHINA SHIPBUILDING TOWER, 650 CHEUNG SHA WAN ROAD, KOWLOON, HONG KONG) They are doing business in the U.S. using a site at 183-30 150th Road, Jamaica, NY 11413. Also on the contact page of their website, they list their contact telephone as 564-635-6333, which comes up in a Google search as a Washington State Co. called Merchant, d/b/a Shopify. Attached is a photo w broken jewelry that I sent them.
