My father (80 years old) had the above listed company show up to his house and no pricing, proposal or contract was provided by Asphalt Maintenance Chip Seal Construction phone number 573-270-3455. On receipt he signed it does say he agreed to Flat Price for laying grading commercial grade asphalt millings and putting hardening compound - charged $26,400 to him which he paid via check through his bank. On Jan. 7th, one guy stopped by and introduced himself, said he was in the neighborhood and had some leftover rock that he could put in my driveway. They put it on with a spreader and rolled it out with a roller. It was sticky and is real loose. I called several times to talk to them and got a voicemail response that the voicemail box was full. The number I called was 573-270-3455. I never got a response so I called BBB to check on them and found out that they were a scam.
